Head Director of the Diamonds Divison of F.L.U.S.H. which is the intelligence division of Flush. Director Cyrus is a brilliant and resourceful but paranoid agent who leads with her brain. Cyrus is the mother of Rayner who she raised to be just like her, bringing him to Flush everyday with her because she believed it be better for him there where he would be safe and become smarter. Cyrus is one of the only agents in F.L.U.S.H. alongside the other heads that know of Chimera and chose Rayner to be the Blue Ranger because he's the best agent he's has a mind and resourcefulness the team would need.
