Isshuu Kasumi (霞 一鍬 Kasumi Isshū) is Fanged Ninja KuwagaRaiger (牙忍クワガライジャー Kibanin Kuwaga Raijā) of the Gouraigers along with his brother Ikkou Kasumi/KabutoRaiger , and later the Hurricanegers after he and his brothers were originally enemies of the latter team.
Isshuu is 22 years old at the time of his first appearance in Hurricaneger.
His mecha include Gourai Stag and Kabuto Spear. His Power Rangers Ninja Storm counterpart is Blake Bradley/Navy Thunder Storm Ranger.
