After a devastating defeat at the hands of Divatox’s forces, Angel Grove falls into chaos. The Power Chamber lies in ruins, Zordon is unreachable, and the Turbo Rangers are presumed defeated. Stripped of their powers, they struggle with failure as Divatox tightens her grip on Earth. But hope is not gone. A mysterious signal hidden within the remnants of Turbo technology is uncovered by Alpha. It activates a secret protocol left behind by Zordon: Project Turbo Reignite, a system designed to restore and evolve the Rangers’ powers. As the team fights to recover, a new ally emerges — the Turbo Black Ranger, a lone warrior with a mysterious connection to the origin of the Turbo powers. Stronger, more experienced, and carrying secrets tied to Zordon’s earliest experiments on Earth, he becomes both a mentor and a wildcard. With upgraded vehicles, rebuilt Zords, and a more battle-hardened team, the Rangers rise again. However, Divatox is no longer acting alone — a darker force is manipulating events behind the scenes, hinting at a much greater threat looming over Earth. Now, the Rangers must prove that they are not defined by their defeat, but by their ability to rise again. Core theme: redemption, rebuilding, and evolution.
