The Rangers are upgraded to vehicular "Turbo" powers to defeat Divatox, a space pirate attempting to rule Earth and Angel Grove. When Rocky DeSantos is injured after defeating the Machine Empire in Power Rangers Zeo, young Justin Stewart takes his place as the Blue Turbo Ranger.
