The story begins when a mysterious girl named Rita gathers heroes from Power Ranger teams from various different galaxies and even dimensions to the planet Nemesis. The heroes are told that any wish they desire will come true if they can win the “Mightiest Duels” tournament.
The Power Rangers have gathered and the "Mightiest Duels" will be held. The winner of this battle it is said can have their "wish" granted. The warriors of the 42 summoned teams were shuffled and split into five-man teams. In order to have their wish fulfilled, in order to take the title of "strongest", an intense battle will unfold.
