Leon is a brilliant engineer and a genius inventer. He is the king of the technological kingdom, Nexo City. Even though Leon mainly known to be a highly intelligent man, having obtained his throne through his computer skills alone, he can often be a bit rude, arrogant, stubborn and has terrible table manners. Leon is also the one who invented all the Swarm zords and the transformation device, the Swarm Saber. He defends Insectia as the Dragonfly Ranger.
