Rocco "Rocky" DeSantos was the second Red Ranger and Red Ninja Ranger of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and Zeo Ranger III Blue of the Zeo Rangers and the second-in-command to the Tommy Oliver as both the Mighty Morphin White Ranger and Zeo Ranger V Red until his predecessor Jason Lee Scott's return as the Gold Zeo Ranger. Retroactively, he is also referred to as the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger or Red Mighty Morphin Ranger, as well as Zeo Blue Ranger or Blue Zeo Ranger though these are in reference to the show, as opposed to proper labels.

This show was announced by Hasbro at the 2020 New York Toy Fair, with stock footage of Ryusoulger after the end of the trailer for Beast Morphers Season 2 and a tease for a 2021 airdate. However, the title & a plot wasn't revealed yet, but it may happpen, maybe? So let's cast! UPDATE: title of season 28 is revealed as Dino Fury, so Season 28 will be Power Rangers Dino Fury. When an army of powerful alien beings is unleashed on Earth, threatening life as we know it, a brand-new team of Power Rangers, fueled by the pre-historic power of the dinosaurs and knights, are recruited to deal with the threat.
