To combat this threat that moves at light speed, Dr. K (from Power Rangers RPM) and veteran Billy Cranston join forces to create the "High Speed Initiative." They utilize data from the ancient Turbo Zords and the photon propulsion technology from Terra Venture (Lost Galaxy). These new Rangers aren't just warriors; they are elite pilots. They must navigate interdimensional highways to intercept the Machine Empire’s generals before they reach Earth’s atmosphere.
