The Blue Hoshiranger, counterpart to Simon and Haruko's boyfriend, who works alongside her at a maid cafe in Akihabara. He is one of the only two male members of the Hoshirangers, alongside the Green Hoshiranger Sasuke Sugiyama. Much like Simon, Tetsuo became obsessed with Super Sentai after being saved from a monster attack by the Shinkengers, and becoming a Hoshiranger was like a dream come true for him. Unlike Simon, Tetsuo is self-confident and never developed a bad boy persona to hide his childlike obsessions. Outside of work as a Hoshiranger and at At Your Service, Tetsuo is a member of Osamu High School's student council. Tetsuo pilots the Blue Bull Robo as the Blue Hoshiranger. "Bokudo Henshin Blue!"
