The Red Ranger and Sheriff of Golden Falls who sacrificed himself to seal Turbonicus in the cave centuries ago, only to be released by Wayne Thomas in the modern day. Being a former Power Ranger himself who was chosen by a Native American spirit to defend Golden Falls from Turbonicus, Gerald Phoenix, who happens to be the ancestor of Gerry Phoenix, has centuries worth of experience as a Ranger that is a valuable asset to the new generation of heroes. Yet after he is released, Gerald finds himself mourning the loss of his teammates and thinks it'll only be a matter of time before he joins them in the afterlife. Gerald once piloted the Red Horse Westernzord, which he passed on to Damian.
