Ace reporter and photographer duo for the Golden Falls Insider, the official student newspaper of Golden Falls University. The two serve as part of the comic relief for the series through their attempts to uncover the Power Rangers' identities, usually allowing hilarity to ensue. Still, they ultimately mean well at the end of the day. Jimmy is often the first to leap into danger to get a good story, while his photographer Clara has no choice but to be her partner's straight man and try to get him out of trouble. The duo also happen to have the same English professor as Simon, unknowingly sharing a class with one of the Power Rangers. During the final battle against the New United Alliance of Evil, Jimmy and Clara would become deputized as the Purple and Orange High Noon Rangers.
