Hiphopper is a cicada-like monster, created by Scorpina and Choobo to assist Starvark in his nightmare illusions towards the Rangers. He has the ability to fly like an insect and can jump at high distances. He is shown to be tough, but he's actually a coward, as seen when he told Hannah and Jacob how to escape the nightmares.
