Fan Casting Dr. Tommy Oliver in Power Rangers Dino Thunder 2004

Dr. Tommy Oliver, He started out as a student at Angel Grove High School who was brainwashed by Rita to become the Green Ranger & fought the Rangers. After the Rangers freed him from Rita's spell, Zordon created the White Ranger powers as a replacement for the depletion of the Green Ranger's energy. Later when Tommy was chosen to become Zeo Ranger V Red graduated from college, he discovered the Dino Gems & became a teacher at Reefside High, becoming the Black Dino Ranger of the Dino Rangers.
