Lord Zedd has finally fallen once again to the Power Rangers, but his death carries an ominous message; 'He's back...' Meanwhile, back in Angel Grove after rebuilding the Command Center and forming Cranston Technologies, Billy gets word from the Morphing Emissaries that the last of the Sinister Trio, Ivan Ooze, has been released from his prison and has set his sights on the galaxy.
