Naruhisa Arakawa is a Japanese screenwriter, who primarily works on anime and tokusatsu dramas. He also wrote the lyrics to "Detekoi Tobikiri Zenkai Power!", the first ending theme of Dragon Ball Z.
Four years after the death of Vrak, his secret army, the Armada, has arrived to invade earth. An humanoid alien named Orion, contacts the former Starforce Rangers and helps him to fight to the Armada.
