Power Pack is an animated movie by Sony Pictures Animation and Marvel, starring the Power Pack, a team of 4 superpowered siblings created in 1984 by Louise Simonson and June Brigman. This film will be animated similar to the Spider-Verse Movies, and will borrow elements from TMNT: Mutant Mayhem as well, mainly with how the kids are written and handled (I.E written like regular modern day kids similar to how the Turtles were written in Mutant Mayhem). It also takes some inspiration from the Defenders Issue #12 from 1974 in terms of the plot and the main villain, and take inspiration from the 2000s All Ages run of the Power Pack by Marc Sumerak and Gurihiru for the Power Pack’s designs and some other stuff.
As for the plot of the movie, it will take place a little while after they 4 get their powers, and are just now becoming an established team well liked by the people of New York, though they aren’t fully trusted or taken seriously due to them being kids. A new show is taking the world by storm, starting a friendly alien named Xemnu from the Magic Planet, capturing the hearts of kids all over the world. Little do his viewers know, Xemnu has much more malicious intentions, manipulating and brainwashing kids and their parents for his own plan to create more on his kind and make them into his personal army, and it’s The Power Pack to stop his evil plans.
