Richard Michael "Rik" Mayall (7 March 1958 – 9 June 2014) was an English comedian, writer and actor. He was known for his comedy partnership with Adrian Edmondson, his over-the-top, energetic portrayal of characters, and as a pioneer of alternative comedy in the early 1980s.
Lassard and his recruits are all sent to London for an international police exchange program. They’re supposed to learn the British way of policing, but of course, chaos ensues. However, they find themselves in the middle of a high-stakes case involving a notorious British criminal mastermind Lord Percival Blackwood who is planning to steal the Queen's crown.
