When a dangerous Parisian criminal mastermind, Jacques Eugenio, escapes from prison, Lt. Garcia and the cadets of Mahoney's academy are called to Paris to assist in a high-stakes mission.
Eugenio has sinister plans to launch a major attack on the city, and the cadets must work alongside French officers to prevent disaster.
