Aegislash is the Steel-type partner Pokemon of the Ferrum Champion, and is unlocked as a partner via completion of the game's side stories. It is the ninth alternate partner Pokemon you unlock, and is obtained after completing Eun-Seok's side quest where you help him search for clues for Zamazenta's whereabouts on Desiree. By switching between its sword and shield forms, Aegislash carries both strong offense and strong defense.
