One of Blossom's traveling companions and a member of the Witches. Vashti is one of Hilary's friends, and a cheerful girl who loves to uncover hidden mysteries. She ends up getting her chance when a prank gone wrong causes havoc across her school, and she aids Blossom in fixing it. Aperon saw a lot of promise in her and how she found courage in spite of her fear, and chose her as one of the witches. After that, she decided that she would take the next step and join Blossom on her journey, and she's living the dream... Even if she tends to get herself in trouble sometimes! Using her Intergalactic Wand, she transforms into the sun that warms frozen hearts, Solar Witch. Black VAs only.
