The Witches' mentor and the one who bestowed them with their powers. Aperon is a messenger for Arceus, who came to the mortal world on its behalf to find girls with the power to restore Arceus's faith in Pokemon and people alike and save the world. It's a bit gluttonous and spacey, but ultimately well-meaning as it helps the girls—and often finds itself on the receiving end of said help due to accidentally becoming a cryptid sensation when it first arrived in the world (don't ask).
