One of Blossom's traveling companions and a member of the Witches. Alba is a snobby girl who initially thought herself better than Peaches and her eccentric ways, but when Peaches' Jigglypuff united them using its music, the two quickly became friends, and soon vowed to someday become a popular idol duo with their Pokemon as their backup musicians. She and Peaches met Blossom when she came to save a music contest they entered after it got botched, and her ingenuity in salvaging the contest earned her a spot on the Witches' team. While not traveling, she's constantly trying to find ways to boost her duo's popularity and coming up with new songs. Using her Intergalactic Wand, she transforms into the nebula that guides the lost, Nebular Witch.
