A lonely young Pokemon who created the circus. Hoopa's a bit mischievous, but ultimately doesn't mean any harm—all they want is to have friends and fun, but they tend to get a bit carried away. Because of this, they were sealed away for many years and were only recently released by Blacephelon, who promised that they'd have everything they want if they just follow its orders... But sometimes, Hoopa thinks Blacephelon doesn't really want to help it.
