Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Ash is a 10 year old boy from Pallet Town, who dreams of becoming a Pokémon Master. He, alongside his friend Pikachu take a journey to the vast world of Pokémon.
