Chikahiro Kobayashi (小林 親弘, Kobayashi Chikahiro, September 5, 1983) is a Japanese actor and voice actor born in Aichi Prefecture, currently affiliated with Enkikaku.
After introducing Greninja to Pallet Town, Ash and Pikachu find themselves manipulated by two children named Elaine and Chase into finding a Ho-oh so they can show more to their peers. Little do they know, Ho-oh alongside with a silver bird are secretly hiding.
