Penny's father, who lives in the Crown Tundra in Galar and is always going on adventures (or adven-tours as he calls them), but somehow always has time to call Penny and blab her ear off about his adventures and/or pester her non-stop about how she's doing at school. He makes a brief cameo in the series where she calls Penny before her trip to Kitakami. At least mid-forties, actors of color only.
