The director of Blueberry Academy, the sister school of Florian and Juliana's academy. Cyrano is a old friend and rival of Clavell's from their days as adolescent Pokemon trainers, and despite his age, he's still quite spry and a powerful Pokemon trainer (even though his memory isn't quite what it used to be), which is perhaps what gave him the honor of being Blueberry's director. Middle-aged, must be Black.
