One of the Chromatic Visions who saved the Mystical Grotto long ago. Zygrade is a Pokemon responsible for maintaining the natural balance of the land, and to save the Grotto's balance, teamed up with a young sorcerer to seal Hoopa away and rescue those it spirited away. Fearing its unsealment, Zygarde took on its partner's soul after their passing and sealed itself away, and is reawakened in the present day to stop Hoopa once more. Because it carries its human partner's soul within it, Zygarde also has the ability to communicate with humans.
