One of the Chromatic Visions who saved the Vibracious Plains long ago. Tapu Koko is a Pokemon who travels across Chomia, and during its travels, ran into Xurkitree and teamed up with a human to seal it away. Fearing its unsealment, Tapu Koko took on its partner's soul after their passing and sealed itself away, and are reawakened in the present day to stop Xurkitree once more. Because it carries its human partner's soul within it, Tapu Koko also has the ability to communicate with humans. Fancasted VAs must be Pacific Islander.
