One of the Chromatic Visions who saved Enigma Lane long ago. Calyrex was partnered to a queen during a war, and when its steed Spectrier turned evil and violent out of the strain of war, Calyrex teamed up with the queen to seal Spectrier away. Fearing its unsealment, it took on its partner's soul after their passing and sealed itself away, and is reawakened in the present day to stop Spectrier once more. Because it carries its human partner's soul within it, Calyrex also has the ability to communicate with humans.
