One of the additional playable characters who joins your party in Act III. Igglybuff and his twin brother Cleffa are twins that are so close, they're practically of the same mind. They even finish each others' sentences! The two twins join the heroes in hopes of finding the whereabouts of their missing mothers, even if their almost single-minded nature weirds the rest of the heroes out just a bit. Child VAs only.
