One of a group of young, but powerful Mythical Pokemon who serve as the story's overarching antagonists. Hoopa and its friends were created by higher forces for the good of the world, but because of their youth just caused more problems and were sealed away for it. They all grew lonely as a result, and after seeing the young Pokemon of the other world and their families and mentors, decided to whisk them all away to their world so they could all be happy like they were. Hoopa is Mew's troublemaking right-hand Pokemon, and is so easily bored that it'll happily go along with anything Mew wants just to cure that boredom.
