An old Pokemon who lives in the poorest parts of the Kingdom of Chronicles, and takes in whatever impoverished Pokemon he can. Despite the grim circumstances he lives in, he always manages to keep a smile on his face, if only for the youngest of his charges. He's also the adopted father of Tinkaton and current guardian of Charcadet.
