Toxtricity is an old associate of Mudsdale's from his less upstanding years, but while Mudsdale has firmly left his old criminal life behind him, Toxtricity refuses to to let go of her old glory years in crime. Using a strange object that came in from the rifts formed by the Shattering, Toxtricity has found that she's gained the ability to gain a new, larger and most of all powerful form, and she intends to use it for only the worst causes.
