The Apocalypse Survivors' Band's head of medicine, a doctor who's studying the effects of the Shattering on a Pokemon's physique and psyche in hopes of preventing further diseases of a similar nature from greatly affecting Pokemon in the future. Though they're a bit eccentric, their medical skills are incredibly renowned and they do everything in their power for their patients. They also have a soft spot for kids, and have taken it upon themself to care for any Pokemon Eggs the player may find on their journey.
