Pangoro is a former student of the Serene Village school and one of Greninja and Delphox's childhood friends. He used to be the school bully, and though he's still a little rough around the edges, he's mellowed out a lot since he was young and now serves as a counselor and guide to troubled young Pokemon, as well as the adopted father to several young ones—which had kept him more than busy.
