As it turns out, Hoopa has gotten incredibly bored, and decided to teleport to a random town and cause some mischief for its own amusement—and unfortunately, Mimikyu's town was that town, and it happened to coincide with Mewtwo's arrival. Now, the heroes have to teach Hoopa a lesson before it turns the town upside-down, literally!
