Guzzlord is an Ultra Beast from the dimension Necrozma hailed from, whose gluttony had driven the world into ruin by stripping it of all its natural resources. Now, all that remains is a desolate wastelands where the Ultra Beasts who inhabit it fight to survive, all while Guzzlord guzzles down whatever it can. The player, partner and Solgaleo/Lunala have the unfortunate luck of arriving in this dimension by accident while trying to find a way back to Solgaleo/Lunala's home dimension, and must now survive this world before they become Guzzlord's next meal!
