Carracosta is the adopted father of Delphox and Mew, and also the leader of the Serene Village. He's a stern old Pokemon that believes being strict with children will guide them onto the right path, but while harsh he means well and does care deeply for the kids that come into his care. Over the years he's loosened up some, and he can't be prouder of Delphox for growing into such an heralded explorer and fine young woman—which is why he has utmost confidence in her abilities to locate the source of the Shattering and bring it to an end.
