Shiinotic is one of the "Elite Four" of Yveltal's forces, and comes into play after the initial team of generals is redeemed. He may seem kind of loopy, but when it comes to using battle, he's ruthless and often uses his spores to trap his foes in vivid, terrifying hallucinations—but he hasn't had much of a chance to do that with Amoonguss being out of commission. When word reaches him that Team Bloom's arrived in the Boundless Plains outside his homelands, though, his team jumps back in to stop them and maybe settle an old score...
