Amoonguss is one of the "Elite Four" of Yveltal's forces, and comes into play after the initial team of generals is redeemed. She's cunning and cutthroat as their leader should be, but had been out of the game for a bit after a mission to retrieve a Life Core several years ago that led to her being gravely wounded and needing to recover. When word reaches her that Team Bloom's arrived in the Boundless Plains outside her homelands, though, her team jumps back in to stop them and maybe settle an old score...
