One of the bosses on the Balladeer's route. Rapidash is a big fan of a certain popular music group in the Pokemon world... Maybe a little too big, because he's so obsessive that he follows them everywhere and won't stand to see other Pokemon disparage them. And when the Balladeer's group is propped up over his favorite, his bitterness is manipulated by Munna into an incessant rage that leads him to try and take them out of the picture.
