A prominent NPC on the Balladeer's route. Noctowl is an elderly, lonely Pokemon who lives in the abandoned outskirts of the place the Balladeer first arrived in. The two struck up a friendship in her dying moments, and as the Balladeer cared for her, she shared her tales of her youth and adventures to keep the Balladeer's mind off of her stress over being stranded in a strange world. Noctowl's death is ultimately what inspires the Balladeer to hit the road, sharing songs inspired by Noctowl's tales so she won't be forgotten.
