One of the bosses in the Builder's route. Hippowdon is a particularly lazy Pokemon who generally prefers to sleep all day, but when he's enraged, he's a force to be reckoned with. Munna sets him up to destroy the village the Builder attempts to rebuild by wrongfully blaming the construction work for why his recent nap was disturbed.
