Flygon is the royal sorcerer of a country that neighbors Nidoqueen's, and her lust for power led her to try and use the Bittercold for her own nefarious wills—but it ended up corrupting her and turning her to an apathetic shell of herself who wishes for the world to end, and aims to achieve that by corrupting her kingdom from the very inside.
