A prominent NPC in the Warrior's route. Basculin works under the villains who rule his town with Stunfisk, and the two essentially serve as their henchman. He's always running around and doing their dirty work for them, from delivering messages to extorting townsfolk, and always tries to talk himself up as some big, tough guy... But really, he's just a huge coward who tries to act tough, and is quick to invoke his bosses' names to keep other Pokemon from calling his bluff.
