Piplup's only friend and adopted brother. He lost his family during the ultra beast invasion. King Empoleon found him and took him to his house, in which he meets Piplup. When the two kids where venturing a mystery dungeon on their own, Shinx ended up being kidnapped by a bandit, forcing Piplup to ask Riolu and Pikachu to help them save their brother, to which they luckly succeeded. Piplup and Shinx would later join the club. Shinx is more willing to speak his mind and is really protective over them. Shinx knows about his dad’s political business and often says things the other kids don’t know about.
