Bulbasuar is a bookworm who spends most of his day reading books in the local library. He asks Pluise for help after the library has been vandalized and wanted to make the people responsible pay for that. After the vandals have been put to their place, Bulbasaur, who was amazed by the teamwork they had, asked if they could take him with them, to which they accept. Bulbasaur is “wise beyond his age” (he’s smarter than the others), but he’s very a weak battler and wants to prove himself worthy.
