Tatiana Rodríguez is an international executive with an extensive track record in content leadership, marketing, and strategy within the entertainment and media industry.
She served as Head of Content, Marketing, and Commercial Solutions at Paramount for Southern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. In this role, she oversaw the execution of windowing, monetization, trade marketing, content development, and marketing for both linear and streaming services. She also led the global growth of brands such as MTV, Nickelodeon, and Paramount.
Previously, she spent 25 years at Nickelodeon Latin America, serving as Senior Vice President and Brand Director for Kids & Family Entertainment. Under her leadership, Nickelodeon established itself as one of the region's most significant children's brands. She headed the Original Content division at Nickelodeon Latin America, developing and producing hit scripted formats—including Grachi, Yo Soy Franky, Club 57, and Kally’s Mashup—all of which were ratings leaders. She also collaborated with Nickelodeon International to develop and produce successful titles such as Every Witch Way.
Before joining Paramount, she worked with the Urbina/Omnivisión Group, where she participated in the launch of HBO OLE and contributed to the launch of Cablenoticias/Cablecito. She later moved to Spain to serve as Director of TPS Multicanal and lead Panda Club, a Spanish-language children's channel.
She is currently the Vice President of Content Strategy at ViX, where she leads the platform's content strategy. In this role, she drives service growth, optimizes catalog performance, and develops editorial and programming initiatives that strengthen the value proposition for audiences across various markets.
With over three decades of international experience, Tatiana has led multicultural teams, developed high-impact franchises, and contributed to the transformation of some of the world's most important entertainment brands.
