Heather Deen Locklear (born September 25, 1961) is an American actress, best known for her television roles as Sammy Jo Carrington on Dynasty, Officer Stacy Sheridan on T.J. Hooker, Amanda Woodward on Melrose Place, and Caitlin Moore on Spin City.
After the presumed demise of his father, Tim Goodman travels to Ryme City where he runs into his deceased father's Pokemon Partner, Pikachu who is able to speak perfect English.
Now they must team up in order to try and work on the case left unfinished by Tim's Father.
